How do I place an order?

Do you use natural ingredients?
Yes! Everything is all-natural. Nothing is hydrogenated. It’s totally gourmet.
How can I place a large corporate or special event order?
This is our specialty. Click here to let us know what you need and we’ll take care of everything!
Where do your ingredients come from?
Only the finest ingredients means we source locally when we can and globally when we must. Items like milled flour, pecans and eggs are purchased right here in North Carolina. Other items like coarse sea salt, coconut flakes and premium cacao are curated from the Philippines and Belize.
How long can I keep Togamay products?
Using all-natural ingredients means we don’t use artificial fillers to extend the shelf life. We recommend consuming your treats within 3-5 days of opening them.
What is the lead time on orders?
About 3 days. We proudly bake in small batches, and each order is added to our baking schedule so it ships out as soon as it’s ready.
Can I pick up my order? 
We are happy to arrange local delivery for the Raleigh area. Reach out to us with your location and we’ll let you know.
Can I order variety boxes?
This is a work in progress. We want to find just the right
package, so stay tuned for updates on when this will be available.
Are your products gluten free/dairy free?
All of our products are produced in a facility that handles gluten and dairy products (as well as nuts). The Maytime Truffles, and Sea Salted Caramel Pecans do not contain gluten. For special orders, the Signature Togamay and Irish Shortbread can be made gluten free.
Can you ship internationally?
Currently we are only able to ship within the United States.
